On February 21, 2022, our Sky Inc family grew when we welcomed 23-year-old Rudy to our team. A Lavergne, TN, native, he has high aspirations for his career, and we are thrilled that he chose us to walk him through his professional journey.
If we had to describe Rudy in one word, it would be growth-focused. From the start, he has pushed himself to be better than he was the day before. When looking a week or a month back, he feels a rush when he sees the amount of progress he has achieved. It was this mentality and his unrelenting drive that piqued our interest during his interview process, and it’s what has contributed to his success these past few months. His extrovert personality, tied with his visionary leadership style, has fueled his development and landed him the opportunity to share a bit about himself in this employee spotlight!
Rudy, we are privileged to have you as a part of our team and were wondering what drew you to work with us in the first place.
I was looking for a job in general. I applied to like 20 jobs, and Sky inc was one of them. The rest is history now.
Sometimes life-changing opportunities are just around the corner! We know that many people out there need a job and are applying within many different industries, and we’re glad that your job hunt brought you to our doors.
What advice do you have for other entry-level individuals just starting their careers?
The best advice I can give on starting a career is you need to commit. There is no plan B, no plan C. You only have one option — making plan A work.
With the goal of helping our client expand into a new market this year, let’s chat about how your career has grown since you started working at Sky Inc.
My career has shown growth. I am currently in a leadership position, but I’m close to becoming an Assistant Manager in a couple of months.
“My favorite thing about the company is the growth available. I don’t know any business where you start all the way down at the bottom and work your way up into an executive/ownership role.”
What would you say is your greatest skill?
The ability to speak to anyone. I can make conversation with any person!
Are you more team-oriented or independently motivated?
I’m both. I like surrounding myself with people who have good energy and the same goals, and I am an independently motivated person with my own goals.

Who inspires you to be the best version of yourself?
My parents and my friends.
